At Alpha & Omega, every piece is made with intention—and that takes a little time. We work on a made-to-order model, which means your order is crafted especially for you after you place it.

Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship:

 


 

1. Order Processing Time

All pieces are made-to-order unless mentioned otherwise.

Standard processing time is 10–15 business days from the date of order.

In rare cases (like fabric delays or custom orders), it may take a little longer—we’ll keep you informed.

 


 

2. Shipping Timelines

Once your order is ready and dispatched:

Domestic Shipping (India): 2–7 business days

International Shipping: 7–14 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance

Note: Shipping timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons or unexpected delays.

 


 

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (domestic & international) are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Free shipping may be available on select orders or during special campaigns—we’ll let you know when!

 


 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. If you haven’t received one within the estimated dispatch time, feel free to reach out at labelalphaomega@gmail.com.

 


 

5. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any custom duties or taxes applicable in their country.

We do not control customs charges and cannot predict what they might be.

 


 

6. Shipping Delays

Alpha & Omega is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather, customs clearance, or other unforeseen disruptions. But we’re always here to help if something’s stuck.

 


 

7. Address Accuracy
