Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Alpha & Omega, each piece is crafted with care, intention, and time. Because we operate on a made-to-order model, our return and exchange policies are designed to protect the integrity of our work while ensuring your experience remains smooth and transparent.
1. Standard Size Orders
• For products ordered in standard sizes (XS, S, M, L, etc.), you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• To qualify, the product must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging with tags intact
• Free from damage, stains, perfume, or any signs of wear
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll offer an exchange, store credit, or refund (in rare cases), based on your preference and our policy.
2. Made-to-Measure / Customized Orders
• Any product that is made-to-measure or customized to your specifications is not eligible for return or exchange.
• This includes:
• Orders with personalized measurements
• Custom design alterations
• We strongly recommend double-checking your measurements and confirming all custom requests before placing your order.
3. Return Process
• Email us at labelalphaomega@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant images (if applicable).
• Once approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions.
• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will inspect and replace or repair the item at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
• Made-to-measure or customized orders
• Items bought on final sale
• Gift cards or promotional items
