Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Alpha & Omega, each piece is crafted with care, intention, and time. Because we operate on a made-to-order model, our return and exchange policies are designed to protect the integrity of our work while ensuring your experience remains smooth and transparent.

 


 

1. Standard Size Orders

For products ordered in standard sizes (XS, S, M, L, etc.), you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, the product must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original packaging with tags intact

Free from damage, stains, perfume, or any signs of wear

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll offer an exchange, store credit, or refund (in rare cases), based on your preference and our policy.

 


 

2. Made-to-Measure / Customized Orders

Any product that is made-to-measure or customized to your specifications is not eligible for return or exchange.

This includes:

Orders with personalized measurements

Custom design alterations

We strongly recommend double-checking your measurements and confirming all custom requests before placing your order.

 


 

3. Return Process

Email us at labelalphaomega@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant images (if applicable).

Once approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

 


 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will inspect and replace or repair the item at no additional cost.

 


 

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

Made-to-measure or customized orders

Items bought on final sale

Gift cards or promotional items
